These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PrayerNexus across Android and the PrayerNexus web companion. By accessing or using PrayerNexus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Core personal prayer features can be used without creating an account. Optional cloud-connected features may require sign-in using a supported provider (such as Google, Apple, Facebook, or email/password when available).
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You agree not to use PrayerNexus to violate law, harm others, or interfere with the platform. Prohibited behavior includes spam, scams, impersonation, hate speech, explicit sexual content, illegal activity coordination, and attempts to bypass moderation or security protections.
For public posting surfaces (including The PrayerNexus), we may apply moderation tools and community reporting workflows. We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, or restrict accounts when policy violations are detected.
Prayer Groups are intended for private, invite-based community prayer. Group owners/admins are responsible for invite sharing and group moderation choices inside their groups.
The PrayerNexus is a global public wall intended for prayer requests. We may require or apply moderation review before requests are published, and users may be able to post anonymously where available.
PrayerNexus may offer premium features via platform billing providers and/or Stripe-backed web purchase flows, depending on surface. Pricing, renewal terms, and trial availability are shown before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase time, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled through the original purchase provider. Refunds, billing disputes, and cancellation windows follow that provider’s rules.
Free-tier experiences may include ads where applicable. Premium or ad-free entitlements remove ads on eligible surfaces as described at purchase time.
Your use of PrayerNexus is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is processed for app/web features, notifications, moderation, analytics, and billing.
We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time, including beta or trial experiences, to improve safety, stability, legal compliance, or product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may suspend or terminate access to some or all features if you violate these Terms, abuse platform systems, or create legal/safety risk for other users or PrayerNexus operations.
PrayerNexus is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Five Cats Development Studio LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
PrayerNexus is not medical, clinical, legal, or emergency-response software and is not a substitute for professional care.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page and may also be surfaced in-product where appropriate. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
